Jaroslavról még kicsit sok a rebound, mondhatni ezen a szinten rengeteg. de nem baj ez, szoknia kell a légkört, mert idővel ő is itt fog védeni valamelyik csapatban

MAB played a tremendous amount of minutes, but despite his time out there, was not too bad. He never let a guy past him, and was the game's 2nd star.

The goals against Roloson weren't his fault, and were products of ***** ice, a major lack of shot blocking (which was critical to the Lightning's success last season), and unfortunate bounces and deflections.

Janus isn't the guy, but if they were going to give him a game, they should have just given him one instead of spreading it out over two.

I know there are still pre-season games to be played, but when are we going to stop splitting time for the goalies? I think the Blues definitely benefited from knowing that Ben Bishop was their guy for the game (unless circumstance arose).

The last goal against Janus (IIRC) was interesting because none of the guys wearing a Lightning sweater were particularly familiar with the team's system. Namestinkov, Johnson, etc.

Boucher definitely likes Conacher. I'd be surprised if he doesn't get an NHL contract, not because of necessarily how he played, but because of how he was used.

Jones meanwhile became used less frequently as he seemed to have a hard time staying on his feet, including once that helped lead to a goal against. I'm not sure what this says about him. The ice was bad, but it affected the Lightning seemingly a lot more than the Blues. Of course at this point, the Blues are just glad they're not on roller blades.

I think in an overarching sense, we may be on track to encounter the problem we had last season: not knowing when the season starts."
